Terms of Service.

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at wahidstudio.com and any services provided by Wahid Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Wahid Studio for any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of this site and refrain from entering into a service agreement with us.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients who access or use the website or commission work from Wahid Studio. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02

Services

Wahid Studio provides web design, brand cohesion, and search visibility services for small businesses and independent creatives. The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, and we make no guarantee of availability. Descriptions of services on this website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

03

Payment Terms

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are established in the written agreement for each project. Typical arrangements include a deposit prior to project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or as specified in the project agreement.

  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on each invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All fees are quoted and billed in the currency specified in the project agreement.
  • Work may be paused or withheld pending payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where Wahid Studio fails to deliver the agreed scope.

04

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for a client — including final design files, code, and copy — are assigned to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Third-party assets. Fonts, stock imagery, icons, plugins, and other third-party materials used in a project are subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate licenses for any third-party assets included in final deliverables.

Portfolio rights. Wahid Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Wahid Studio and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

05

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wahid Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project or service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

06

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wahid Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
